Brentwood Park Initiative (BPI) has agreed to cease operation.

With a feeling of regret, and also a deep sense of accomplishment, the Board of Directors of the Brentwood Park Initiative (BPI) has agreed to cease operation as a 501 (c )3 non-profit effective June 30, 2020.

The many upgrades made to Brentwood Park over the past decade have resulted in creating a vital community resource for residents and visitors.

During the next eight months, the remaining funds in the BPI treasury will be dedicated to park improvements and also to satisfy administrative expenses. With these disbursements, we feel that our goals to improve the park will have been met.

The BPI’s remarkable journey was the result of a collaboration with scores of donors, partners and volunteers. Whether you contributed those funds which enabled so many upgrades or gave of your time over the years to support fundraisers and events, always know that your own generosity enabled the BPI to help revitalize Brentwood Park.

The Board of Directors sincerely thanks you for your partnership in this grass-roots, community effort.

Pat Hein, President

Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.

Andrew Carnegie
